The advantage of this book is that it uncovers the laws of formation of leadership as social phenomenon, the rules and principles of systemic organization of leadership in a group. The key function of a leader is a constrictive change of external environment in which the group lives in order to fulfill the goals and tasks. Not-leaders don't change the world, they are able only to adapt to the world that changes around them. Only the leader possesses personal resources in order to improve the world, the environment where a person lives and to improve a person who follows him. The leader is followed by others because he simultaneously "is the same as we are" and "is better than we are". The answer to the question — how to combine these two forms of social status — is provided by the authors of researches presented in the book. An attentive reader will be able to understand what exactly he should do, which abilities to reinforce, how to start to think in order to become a person who leads other people and organizes them to fulfill the vitally important goals. |
